Great location and good overall, but beds too soft - my back ached the whole time. I know some people a soft fluffy bed, but - bad idea!

Great location, rooms were fine, service was good!! Rooms were TOO HOT and could not cool it off..apparently it was an issue throughout the hotel. SALL bathroom but terrifoc hot water and water pressure in the shower!

Lobby as well as the room were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was courtious and helpful. We found the hotel location convenient.

We were glad to see the Green Approach to all the soaps etc. Staff was superb from check in to restaurant. Very accomodating in every way possible.

It is always nice to stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located, the rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always accommodating and responsive. My only complaint was that the wireless internet service was subpar. We stayed on the 14th floor and could not get a signal. Instead of paying extra for a wireless hotspot, we just did not do email for four days, which was professionally difficult. That should be an easy fix, which we hope the hotel accomplishes soon.
