A much appreciated excellent value hotel in a great location. Although the rooms are small, the service from bellmen to front desk is good and friendly. I appreciate Serafina being open late every night for after-theatre meals. I have stayed several times and would definitely stay again.

Great location and good overall, but beds too soft - my back ached the whole time. I know some people a soft fluffy bed, but - bad idea!

Great location, rooms were fine, service was good!! Rooms were TOO HOT and could not cool it off..apparently it was an issue throughout the hotel. SMALL bathroom but terrific hot water and water pressure in the shower!

Lobby as well as the room were clean and comfortable. Hotel staff was courteous and helpful. We found the hotel location convenient.

We were glad to see the Green Approach to all the soaps etc. Staff was superb from check in to restaurant. Very accommodating in every way possible.
