Deluxe hotel but when are hotels going to understand that when you charge $400+ per night (on a cheap day), the guest should not have to pay for WIFI. Wake up guys!

Luxurious hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. They gave me an upgrade to a suite, and the room was gorgeous - beautiful furnishings and extremely comfortable. The room had a magnificent view of the Hudson and the city (I was on the 25th floor). My only concern was that the bathroom did not have a privacy door. The toilet was enclosed in a frosted glass room within the bathroom, but still, there was very little privacy if you were staying with another person.
