PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOTEL REQUIRES FULL PREPAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. CANCELLATIONS MADE PRIOR TO 72 HOURS WILL INCUR A CHARGE EQUAL TO THE 1ST NIGHTS ROOM RATE PLUS TAX. CANCELLATION MADE WITHIN 72 HOUR WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL BOOKING.

There are some incidental charges that will be charged as soon as you book your escape with the W Chicago City Center · Paying by credit card? Room tax + 50% of room charges or $200 – whichever is the greatest. · Paying with cash? Room Tax + $200 per day however credit card required at check-in.

• Or call (800) 789-9887 and use our automated reservation service. During regular hours, you can talk to a Quikbook.com agent. To cancel by phone, you will need the Quikbook.com Reservation Number we send you.
• To be sure a reservation is completely cancelled, you MUST have a cancellation number from Quikbook.com or the hotel.
