Charming and comfortable "old New York" hotel with friendly staff. On arrival, we were upgraded from a classic suite to a premier suite, which was significantly larger and nicer, and given free Internet. Our only complaints were the tendency toward overheated hallways (and thus overheated rooms, unless you run the air conditioner) and the very small elevators, which are unfortunately a function of the age of the hotel.

A dependable hotel for my business trips, centrally located, comfortable, good staff, great room service (coffee comes immediately). Good for a woman staying alone, as its a very safe walking area.

The hotel location was great - very close to Broadway theaters and across the street from the MOMA. The room was little bit tired (could use an update,) but the size was very large compared to other hotels that we have stayed at in the city. The staff was very friendly. Would return again.

Always enjoy staying at the Warwick. Although the bathrooms can be a tad bit small, the rooms are large by New York standards. The staff are very pleasant and accomodating and the location cannot be beat - close to shopping on 5th Ave., Central Park and Times Square. Only downside is that some rooms overlook interior shaft and have absolutely no outside light which can be very gloomy.

We had a most pleasant stay at the Warwick and the staff was extremely personable and helpful. Every person with whom we came into contact was so gracious - very impressive. Courteous, warm and solicitous, but not too much so. The room was lovely and very comfortable. Bed was great - loved the down comforter. The marble bathroom was scrumptious and well appointed - had everything we needed. Another thing I love about the hotel is that it is a smaller, more intimate space that makes one feel much more comfortable than staying in a much larger hotel - and I think the only thing I would improve is having wifi be gratis - that would be nice. A small point, I admit, and overall it was the perfect stay. We will definitely make our home the Warwick on our next visit to NYC.
